You can use this script to download MP4 or FLV video from Youtube.com . I tested it with Firefox 3; to use it: 1) copy the script blow:
copy the script
2) right click on the “Bookmarks Toolbar” and select “New Bookmark…”

3) Type “Get Youtube Video” in “Name:”

4) Pase the script in the “Location:” 5) In Youtube page, click the “Get Youtube Video” and view the result. click on each link to download MP4 or FLV.
